Run For You Run Fit is an ongoing, 8-week training program designed to prepare runners and run/walkers for the 5K distance. Sessions are held twice weekly (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m.) at all three Run For Your Life locations* (Midtown, Piper Glen, and University area).This is a fun program with experienced and inspiring coaches committed to helping members achieve their goals. No experience is necessary, and Run Fit is perfect for walkers wanting to incorporate running into their workouts. All participants will train with others of the same ability and pace.
Run Fit training will begin on Tuesday, January 9th, and end Thursday, February 29th.
