IMPORTANT:
Students are not required to participate in each end event*
noted below. However, if participants do take part in
the events they will be more likely to experience the
excitement
and rush that are attached to them. The goal for this
class is designed to make fitness part of your life.
This will be made possible as you begin a semester and
complete a semester. Remember, it takes approximately 21
days to create a habit.
