FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS???
- When do the classes start and end? Classes typically start at 6 PM and you are in your car ready to go by 7 PM.
- Where do the classes take place? Dilworth, University, and Stonecrest (please refer to the Class Locator to get directions from your home or workplace)
- I have never run before and have not exercised for years. Can I take this class? Absolutely. Of course, it is strongly recommended that you consult with your physician before you begin any exercise program.
- How can I register for the training? You can register by filling out a registration form at one of the three stores.
- What should I wear? Come dressed as you feel comfortable. If it is hot it is recommended that you wear light, breathable, and moisture wicking clothing. If it is cold outside it is best to layer with several layers. It is always easy to remove a layer then to wish you had another layer. For your feet please show up with a pair of running shoes that you currently feel comfortable in. If you need assistance with a new pair any of the staff members at Run For Your Life will be more then willing to help you with this.
