IMPORTANT: Students are not required to participate in each end event* noted below. However, if participants do take part in the events they will be more likely to experience the excitement and rush that are attached to them. The goal for this class is designed to make fitness part of your life. This will be made possible as you begin a semester and complete a semester.

On site, interactive coaching by experienced runners two days per week with free email access and workout plans during the week. Guest speakers to teach about nutrition, stretching, injury prevention and more! Free refreshments after your run.
