If you register online by mail or in person on/before Saturday, March 10 you may pick up your race number and t-shirt one of two ways:
- At the Run For Your Life of your choice (Dilworth, Piper Glen, South Park or University) from Thursday, March 15 – Friday, March 16*.
- On-site race day beginning at 6:45 am.
*NOTE :If you DO NOT mark your preferred Run For Your Life location to pick up your race number and t-shirt on the registration from, the default location is Run For Your Life- Dilworth. You have until Saturday, March 10 to select your preferred store if you register online, by mail or in person. After Saturday, March 10, you can ONLY pick up your race number and t-shirt at the Dilworth location if you register online or by mail. You are only allowed to pick up your packet at the Run For Your Life store of choice – NO EXCEPTIONS.

The Shamrock 4 Miler has partnered with Virtual Race Bags to produce a ‘virtual goodie bag’ in an effort to ‘go green’ and provide additional benefits to our participants. As a participant of this year’s event you will receive an email invitation to
the Virtual Race Bag prior to the event giving you access to the bag.
In the race bag you will find an array of valuable information including our
official event guide, exclusive offers, coupons, giveaways, and messages from
our sponsors.
But wait, there’s more! Immediately after the event, the race bag updates to include race results. Now participants will receive another email invitation to visit their ‘results bag’ and also have a final opportunity to take advantage of the offers and goodies

Levine Children's Hospital is a 234-bed hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina, located on the main campus of Carolinas Medical Center. Since opening in December 2007, the hospital has grown to include more than 30 pediatric specialties and has already received national distinction by U.S. News & World Report as one of “America’s Best Children’s Hospitals” for treatment of kidney disorders.
Levine Children’s Hospital is also home to the Ricky Hendrick Centers for Intensive Care, which support pediatric intensive and cardiovascular surgery patients. Additional distinctions include organ and bone marrow transplants; pediatric dialysis; interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery; heart-lung bypass capabilities for newborns and pediatric patients; an inpatient pediatric rehabilitation unit; and 24/7 emergency services. Levine Children’s Hospital is the most comprehensive facility of its type between Atlanta, GA and Washington, DC – meaning most children no longer need to travel outside of the region to receive the care they need.
Most recently, Levine Children’s Hospital announced the formation of the Carolinas Kids Cancer Research Coalition, a group of eight of the region’s most dedicated nonprofit organizations committed to supporting pediatric cancer research and services at Levine Children’s Hospital.
